"Last summer my wife dragged me to one of Kristina’s yoga classes. She had been going on and on about how great they were, so I finally gave in. I had never done yoga before, but I figured I would give it a try (at least it would end my wife’s nagging). I have been amazed at how much better I feel after class. The stretching, the use of muscles that I don’t normally hit in a typical workout at the gym, and the overall body awareness that comes from yoga was surprising. I find that the classes help me to release a lot of the tension and stress that I have been holding onto all week, and help me to truly relax. Additionally, I am confident that incorporating yoga into my weekly routine has helped me when I travel for work. Last week I had my first trip to China. I was not looking forward to the 15 hour flight, but surprisingly, the flight wasn’t that bad, and I wasn’t nearly as stiff as I am after a trans-Atlantic flight of “only” 8-10 hours. On the plane I tried to remember some of the techniques Kristina mentioned in class, about alignment, keeping my shoulders back, and of all things....keeping my feet forward. These little changes, and overall body awareness, made a big difference. I encourage everyone to give yoga a try. Kristina is an amazing teacher and the class sizes are small enough that she can give individual attention to make sure that we are learning the poses correctly. Believe me, if I can do yoga, anyone can. Thank you Kristina for the amazing classes!"

"Many people learn how to do myofascial release, but few have the perfect touch and can accomplish so much in a short period of time. I have had myofascial release done on me by John Barnes, who originated the technique, and seven other therapists. I know the difference between those skilled and those just going through the motions.
I met Kristina at a Yoga Therapy workshop. I was having severe pain in one muscle. When I learned that Kristina knew myofascial release, I asked her to work on me. She gave me considerable relief after just one hour of working on that muscle. The next day she showed me exercises on a foam roller to continue the progress.
An excellent therapist is one who has taken a variety of trainings and knows exactly what is the right method to use for your problem. Kristina has excellent training and skills. You are in good hands when you work with her to solve your problems."

"I have been working with Kristina Rodriguez for 6 months on various issues around my hip and low back. She has helped me tremendously with opening up tight fascia and muscles. She has also helped me with my yoga practice. Misaligned poses had caused some of my issues and she is helping me find proper alignment. Kristina is a true healer. She is intuitive and truly gifted."

"Kristina Rodriguez is an outstanding, warm, massage therapist that is very knowledgeable about massage, the body and how to stay healthy. She listens to detail and pays attention to any requests that are made by the customer during the massage process.
She discusses what she felt in your body and how you can make any adjustments at home. What I like about Kristina is that she really makes you feel at home and special during your massage experience with her.
Not only has she provided a great massage she has made great suggestions concerning other issues I have discussed with her. So I give her 2 thumbs up and will continue to see her on a regular basis."

"Kristina is great. She offers really great service and is very pleasant to be with. She also provided stretching tips on helping relieve shoulder pain from sitting at a PC all day long. I will go with her again!"
